Happy Thanksgiving!

The Lynnwood McJannets celebrated early with our long-time friends from our Birth Class. Four families have been meeting up every month since the kids were born-- and our friendships continue to grow with our children. Laurel cooked her first turkey (brining is the way to go!) and everyone contributed delicious side dishes and desserts. Is it possible to be turkeyed- out before Thanksgiving?

Here are pictures from our gathering (labelled “Thanksgiving 2008”). It was nice to have the kids play together while the parents were able to sit around the dining table and talk (with breaks in-between for toddler potty breaks!)
